SHOP OUR SHELVES

  • How is "Shop Our Shelves" different from "Shop Gifts?"
    • Basically, "Gifts" are for them and "Shop Our Shelves" is our e-marketplace for you so you can enjoy our collection of gourmet foods and products too! 
  • How will items purchased from "Shop Our Shelves" arrive?
    • Individual items purchased are not gift-wrapped and will arrive in our standard e-commerce packaging with a packing slip.
  • What if I would like a gift created with items from your shelves?
    • We can do that too! Just add the "Custom Gift" along with any items you would like in the gift to your cart. We'll package your gift beautifully and appropriate to the occasion.
  • What if I want to add an individual item to a pre-designed gift?
    • Individual items can be purchased in addition to a pre-designed gift to customize the gift for your recipient.
  • I see a gift I like but would like to substitute an item with something else on your shelves. Can I do that? 
    • No problem! Just message us and we'll create the perfect custom gift for you.


PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • How long does it take to process my order?
    • Because none of our gifts are pre-packaged, please allow 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday) for most orders. Custom and bulk gifts may require more time and we will contact you if that’s the case.
  • Can I order multiple gifts in one order?
    • While you can order multiple gifts, multiple addresses can't be entered for one order at this time. To send gifts to different addresses, the gifts will need to be ordered separately. If you create an account with our shop though, the checkout process will be faster than re-entering all of your information each time.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • We currently ship nationwide within the United States.
  • Which shipping carriers do you use?
    • USPS
    • UPS
  • Is shipping included?
    • In an effort to keep the costs of our gifts and products as low as possible for you, discounted shipping costs are calculated by the carrier when you check out so we pass the savings on to you. We do not build shipping costs into our prices. In fact, the actual shipping charges usually end up being higher than what's estimated to you and we absorb the difference. 
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    • It can take 1-8 business days from the day of shipping depending on how far your order is traveling and the shipping rate you select. Please Note: Due to COVID, carriers are experiencing delays and orders may take longer to arrive during this time. Unfortunately, once orders leave our studio, we do not have control over any unforeseen delays.
  • Can my order be delivered on a specific day?
    • Because we can't control orders once they leave our studio, we can't guarantee they'll arrive on a specific day. If it's a gift you don't want opened until the special day, please let us know when checking out and we'll add a sticker on top of the box not to open it until your specified day.
  • Do you deliver locally?
    • For a limited time, we're offering free local delivery to the following zip codes:

    • We ask for a minimum order of $25.00 for local delivery.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    • Customer pick-up is not available at this time.
